When you're ready for something new, swapping your box is easy — and designed to keep the fun going with minimal downtime. For as long as your Meeple Plan is active, you can swap whenever you like.
Make your Box
When swapping, you can choose between 5 different Boxes depending on how many games you want to receive. The smaller Box includes 1 game, the 'bigger' includes 5 games.
How the process work?
Add the chosen Box to your cart and complete checkout. Within 24 hours, we will send to your email address the return label for the current box. After the return of the current box is initiated (i.e. the first label is scanned by the logistic provider), we will dispatch the new box.
Pick your games with 'Add to your Box' (if you want)
You can choose one or all the games in the box yourself simply using the 'Add to your Box' button. If no games are reserved in this way, no problems, we will pick them for you.
A heads-Up
We don’t ship new boxes within 14 days before your current plan period ends. So, if you request a swap during that time, your new box will be dispatched only after your plan is either renewed or reactivated.
