If you do not pick any games, or not all the games in the box, we will happily pick them for you.

    Once your subscription ends and the returned games pass our final quality check, your full deposit will be refunded within 1–3 working days.

Before You Checkout

We’re excited to get your first box ready — but before you complete your purchase, here are a few things worth checking out:

  • Swap Timing

    You can swap anytime, but there are a couple of timing rules to be aware of:

    • Yearly Plan
      If you request a box swap within the last 10 days of your plan, we’ll wait to ship your new box until your plan is renewed.
    • Monthly Plan
      If you request a box swap within the last 5 days before your next monthly renewal, we’ll wait to ship your new box until your plan is renewed.

  • Refundable Deposit

    Learn how it works and when deductions may apply — it’s all about keeping things fair for everyone.

  • The Meeple Care Process

    A shared approach to quality control that helps us keep costs down and experiences smooth.

  • End-of-Period Returns

    When your plan ends, you’ll have 2 business days to return your final box. It’s simple — just part of keeping the fun flowing.
