    From a minimum of 1 week to a maximum of 60 days.

    Browse the shop, pick your games, and add them to the cart.

  • 3. Pay

    Pay for the rental of the games, the deposit, and shipping.

  • 4. Receive the games

    You can choose to get the games delivered either at home or at one of the many parcel shops nearby.

  • 5. Enjoy the games!

    Finally! It is time to enjoy the games at home with your friends, family, partner, or why not, even by yourself.

  • 6. Return the games

    A wise man once said 'All good things must come to an end'.

    Return your games within the rental period using the label provided in the box.

  • 7. Quality Inspection

    We will check the state of the returned games once they arrive.

  • 8. Deposit Refund

    Deposit will be refunded within 2-4 working days since the receipt of the returned games.

Rental Price Structure

The renting price changes depending on the selected renting period.

Minimum rent period is 7 days.
Every full week is added, it increases the discount applied to the daily rate.

This is the structure:

  • 7 - 13 days: ---
  • 14 - 20 days: 30% off
  • 21 - 27 days: 46% off
  • 28 - 34 days: 54% off
  • 35 - 41 days: 59% off
  • 42 - 60 days: 62% off

Let's make an example with a game that starts from € 7 for the first week.

  • 7 days = € 7.00
  • 14 days = € 9.80 (30% off from € 14)
  • 21 days = € 11.34 (46% off from € 21)
  • 28 days = € 12.88 (54% off from € 28)
  • 35 days = € 14.35 (59% off from € 35)
  • 42 days = € 15.96 (62% off from € 42)
  • 60 days = € 22.80 (62% off from € 60)

Deposit Refund Policy

We require a refundable deposit as part of the rental process. This deposit will be fully refunded as long as:

  • The board games are returned within the agreed rental period.
  • The board games are returned in the same condition as when received.

Refunds will be processed within 2-4 working days since the return has been received.

If these conditions are not met, we may retain a portion or the entirety of the deposit to cover damages or late returns. In such cases, we will provide a detailed explanation of the deductions.

We kindly ask you to take care and treat the games with the respect and love that they deserve.
No one in our team enjoys taking the decision not to fully refund the deposit.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order before the rental period starts, the following conditions apply:

  • Cancellation at least 72 hours before the rental period.
    You may cancel your order free of charge if you notify us at least 72 hours before the rental period starts.
  • Cancellation between 24 and 72 hours before the rental period.
    Cancellation is possible during this time frame, but we will retain 20% of the order value as a cancellation fee.
    If the package has already been dispatched, shipping costs will also be charged in full.
  • Cancellation within 24 Hours of the Rental Period.
    Cancellation is not possible within 24 hours of the rental period. The rental fee will be charged in full.
  • Return of Dispatched Packages
    If the package has already been dispatched, the customer must return the games to us within 2 working days from delivery to avoid further charges.


The rental period is considered initiated at midnight on the rental start date.

Complexity explains how complex is learning the game.

  • Very Easy
    Game is made of a few basic and simple rules.
    A few minutes reading the simple rules, or watching one "How to Play" videos on Youtube should be more than enough to get started.
    Rules can be explained very quickly to players who are unfamiliar with the game.
  • Easy
    Game is simple and easy to play once the simple rules are learnt.
    One good read to quite simple rules, and/or watching one "How to Play" videos on Youtube should be more than enough to get started.
    A simulation round / turn could also be added for making sure the first game is already a positive experience.
    Rules can be easily explained to players who are unfamiliar with the game before the first one starts.
  • Moderate
    The game is still quite simple, but knowing well the rules might make a difference between a positive and a 'flat' gaming experience.
    A bit more emphasis should be put on learning and explaining the rules to every player before the game start.
    Alternatively, use the first game or the first few rounds to focus on learning the rules.
  • Intermediate
    The game is not complicated yet, non-boardgamers can still enjoy the game quite easily, but it gets a little bit more challenging than the previous categories.
    Emphasis should be put on learning the rules, and players will need to take their time before the first game starts in order to teach the rules to players who are unfamiliar with the game.
    It could be useful (but not necessary) to ask every player to watch at least once a "How to Play" video on Youtube, at least to get familiar with the game rules and dynamics. This will likely shorten the rules explanation time before the first game.

    The game is more challenging, and every player should be ready to spend some proper time reading rules, and watching "How to Play" videos on Youtube, likely more than once.
    Be prepared that it might take 1 or 2 games before you feel you 'own' the rules, its dynamic, its mechanisms and/or its logics at full.
    If you are ready to embrace the higher challenge, the gaming experience provided by these games can be unique and very intriguing.

Language Dependency

Language Dependency explains whether knowing the language of the game is necessary in order to play the game.

  • None
    Knowing the language is not needed to play the game. The game does not rely on text but rather images and icons. The language is only needed for reading the rules, however, for learning the game, you can also watch many very well done "How to Play" videos on Youtube as an alternative.
  • Low
    Very basic knowledge of the language is needed while playing the game.
    Basic text is used in the game, but only for a few items and/or key actions. Knowing the language is not necessary but a basic understanding could be helpful. "How to Play" videos could help with learning the rules, and a single friend in the group that speaks the game's language should be enough in most of the cases.
  • Moderate
    Text is used in the game and it has a relevant role. Therefore, a basic understanding of the language from all players is suggested in order to enjoy the game experience.
    It is very likely that having only one person that knows the language is not going to be enough.

When can I expect my games to be delivered?

You can expect your games to arrive on the first day of your rental period.

When should I return the games?

You should return your package on your final day of your rental period.

Can I return the package earlier than the last rental day?

Yes, absolutely. No problems with returning the games earlier as long as it is within the rental period.

How do I return the games?

It is very simple, you just need to use the pre-paid return label already included in your delivery. Just drop the package at a parcel point that partner the logistic provider, and you are done.

What if I return the games too late?

Life happens! Please inform us at info@easymeeple.com.

Informing us will help us manage the situation, and therefore mitigate the risk that the next renter is going to be impacted.

We will keep this into account when assessing the deposit refund, especially if we managed not to impact negatively the next renter.

The games did not arrive, what should I do?

If the first day of the rental period has already passed, please inform us about the delay at info@easymeeple.com

As a note, you can always check the status of your delivery using the tracking code provided.

Deposit

Why is there a deposit?

In simple words, we need a strong deterrent that ensures the games are treated with the respect and attention they deserve, so everyone can enjoy them in a good condition.

  • A late return generates problems for the next renter in line.
  • Same point if the game is returned in a non-acceptable state, or anyways in a worse state than when it was received (dirt, scratches, broken pieces, fatty fingers, and so on).
  • A single missing pieces very often makes the game unplayable as it is, damaging us and the next person who rented those games.

How long do I need to wait for the deposit to be refunded?

As long as everything meets the listed conditions (see Deposit Refund Policy), we will process the full refund within 2-4 working days from when we received the returned package.

How much deposit will be taken if I damage or lose an item?

Every single case need to be assessed as unique.

Accidents happen, and it is also important to be aware that damaging or missing a single piece sometimes makes the whole game unplayable for others.

What if you find something is not in line with the policy conditions?

We will assess the case, and if needed, we will reserve the right for keeping a portion (or the full) deposit.

If it happens, we will provide an explanation behind our decision.

What do you check during the quality inspection?

We will look for general state, missing pieces, cleanliness.
We need to make sure you treated the game with the care and respect they rightfully deserve.

Other General Questions

Can I buy the games that I rented?

No, we do not allow for buying option during or at the end of the rental period.

Can I extend my rental period?

If you want to extend the rental period please email to us at info@easymeeple.com at least 3 days earlier than the end of the rental period.

Please note that would be the equivalent as making a new order, so the price will refer to the first week (see Price Structure).

I damaged or lost an item, what should I do?

Please inform us at info@easymeeple.com as soon as possible.

We’ll assess the issue and deduct the appropriate amount from your deposit.

Informing us on time definitely increases our chances the next renter is not going to be impacted, and we will keep it into consideration when assessing the extent of the 'damage'.

Why all the items are stored into dedicated bags?

Transparent bags are an important component in our operations because they enable a more efficient quality inspection process.
This allows us to keep the competitive prices we currently have in our store.

Extra note: if available, we prefer to use the same plastic bags of the original box, so we don't need to use new ones.

Should I put every item into its dedicated bag?

Yes, please. This is a huge act of kindness we ask you to do. This will also help us streamline and keep efficient our quality inspection processes, enabling us to keep the competitive prices we currently have.

Can I request a specific game to be added to the collection?

We love hearing your suggestions!

How are games prepared for rental?

Each game is carefully inspected, sanitized, and packaged so it's ready to play as soon as it arrives.

About game language, should I refer to the images or to the game specifications?

Always refer to the language selected with the option selector on top of the date picker, even if the images show the game in a different language.

For example, you select the Dutch option of Wingspan, while the images are showing to the English game. You will still receive the Dutch version of Wingspan.
