How to Order

Every great game has a few rules, and our checkout is no different! To make sure the right box lands on your doorstep, your cart needs two essential ingredients to be valid: the active Meeple Pass and the Box. Here is how to build your perfect order in seconds.

The Golden Rule of the Cart

To get a box delivered to your door, you always need these two things:

  1. The active Meeple Pass, or the Meeple Pass Starter Pack added to your cart when activating it
  2. The Box ... plus any games you want to add to your Box

🎉 Scenario A: You’re New Here (Welcome!)

Ready to start your board game adventure? To get your first delivery, your cart should look like this:

  • The Plan: Add a Meeple Pass (Monthly or Yearly), with Deposit.
  • The Box: Add your preferred Box Size (e.g., 3 Games, 4 Games, and so on).
  • The Games: (Optional) Add the specific games you want to play.
  • Deposit: add the 'Refundable Deposit' to your cart.

    ⚠️ The Games Limit: You can pick any number of games up to your box size. If you picked a 3-Game Box, you can add 0, 1, 2, or 3 games. If you add 0, or in general less than 3, we’ll pick some great games for you!

    • 🟡 Meeple Pass - Monthly
    • 📦 (First) Box - 3 Games
    • 🎲 3 Games from the Library
    • 🔒 Deposit

    ✅ Valid. We'll send you the exact Box you requested with the 3 chosen games inside.

    • 🟡 Meeple Pass - Yearly
    • 📦 (First) Box - 5 Games
    • 🎲 3 Games from the Library
    • 🔒 Deposit

    ✅ Valid. We'll fill the 4th and 5th spots with surprise games.

    • 🟡 Meeple Pass - Yearly
    • 📦 (First) Box - 4 Games
    • 🎲 -
    • 🔒 Deposit

    ✅ Valid. Our expert team will fill the Box with 4 great games from our library.

❌ Examples of Invalid Carts

    • 🟡 -
    • 📦 (First) Box - 3 Games
    • 🎲 3 Games from the Library
    • 🔒 -

    ❌ Invalid. Both the Meeple Pass and Deposit must be added to the cart to initiate your subscription.

    • 🟡 Meeple Pass - Yearly
    • 📦 (First) Box - 2 Games
    • 🎲 4 Games from the Library
    • 🔒 Deposit

    ❌ Invalid. A Box with 2 games was chosen, but 4 games have been added. We will fulfill the order still, but we'll pick 2 games out of the 4 added to the Box.

🔁📦 Scenario B: The Box Swap (For Active Members)

Already have a box and ready for something new? This is where the magic happens. Since you already have an active plan, your cart just needs the "swap signal": the Box.

  • The Box: Go to 'Request Box Swap' page from the 'My Actions' menu, and add your preferred Box size (e.g., 3 Games, 4 Games, and so on).
  • The Games (Optional): Add the new titles you want to receive next.

    ⚠️ The Games Limit: You can pick any number of games up to your box size. If you picked a 3-Game Box, you can add 0, 1, 2, or 3 games. If you add 0, or in general less than 3, we’ll pick some great games for you!
Request a Box Swap

    • 🎲 3 Games from the Library

    ✅ Valid. We'll send you the exact Box you requested with the 3 chosen games inside.

    • 📦 Box - 5 Games
    • 🎲 3 Games from the Library

    ✅ Valid. We'll fill the 4th and 5th spots with surprise games.

    • 📦 Box - 4 Games
    • 🎲 -

    ✅ Valid. We'll fill the Box with 4 great games from our library.

❌ Examples of Invalid Carts

    • 📦 Box - 2 Games
    • 🎲 4 Games from the Library

    ❌ Invalid. A Box with 2 games was chosen, but 4 games have been added. We will fulfill the order still, but we'll pick 2 games out of the 4 added to the Box.

    • 📦 Box - 3 Games
    • 🎲 3 Games from the Library
    • ⭕️ Meeple Pass expired or not renewed

    ❌ Invalid. The Meeple Pass needs to be active when requesting a Box swap. We'll fulfill the order when the Meeple Pass is reactivated.
