The first box is already included, no extra fees.
You can pick between Balanced and Advanced Packs.
- The Balanced Pack includes 3 games: 1 Easy, 1 Medium, and 1 High-complexity.
- The Advanced Pack includes 2 High-complexity games.
Why a Refundable Deposit?
The deposit acts as a simple deterrent— just a way to ensure that games return safe and sound, ready for the next player to enjoy.
It’s not a fee, and it’s not a hidden cost transferred to you. It helps us keeping our prices as convenient as possible.
Once your subscription ends and the returned games pass our final quality check, your full deposit will be refunded within 1–3 working days.

Swap Timing
If you request a box swap within the last 14 days of your plan, we’ll wait to ship the new box until your plan is extended.
Refundable Deposit
Learn how it works and when deductions may apply — it’s all about keeping things fair for everyone.
The Meeple Care Process
A shared approach to quality control that helps us keep costs down and experiences smooth.
End-of-Period Returns
When your plan ends, you’ll have 2 business days to return your final box. It’s simple — just part of keeping the fun flowing.
How Box Swaps Work
Swapping is easy — and flexible:
- Choose between Balanced or Advanced Packs
- Pick your own games, or let us pick for you
- Add an extra game if you like

If you want, you can pick your own games among those available. It is optional, you do not have to.

If you do not pick any games, or not all the games in the box, we will happily pick them for you.
