How Subscription Plans Work

1. Choose your Subscription Plan

Choose how many games

You can choose Subscription Plans for 2, 3 or 4 games.

Choose your Pack

The Pack that suits your gaming style:

  • Easy: Mostly easy-to-learn games
  • Mid-Light: A balanced mix of easy and mid-level games
  • Challenge Included: A good mix, with a touch of more complex games
  • Advanced: For players looking for strategic, heavier games

Choose your language

The languages you can play in: Dutch, English, or both.

Choose your delivery frequency

Choose whether you want the box to be delivered either every month or every 2 months.

2. Add the Deposit

A one-time refundable deposit is required to start. Just add it to your cart together with your subscription.

3. First Payment & Shipping

After your first payment (subscription + deposit), your first game box will arrive in 3–4 business days.

4. Enjoy Your Games

Play as much as you want! The games are yours to enjoy until it’s time to swap.

5. Return and Refresh

Each month, around 3–4 business days after your payment renewal, a new box of games will be shipped to you — no need to wait for returns.
You will need to start returning your previous games 4 business days after your renewal date, using the pre-printed label included in every box.

Friendly tip: If you choose a service point for delivery, you can conveniently drop off your old box while picking up your new one, all in a single trip!

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

In order to cancel (or pause) your subscription click on:

  1. Your account (top-right next to the cart icon)
  2. Click on 'Profile'
  3. Click on 'View Subscription'
  4. Click on 'Click here to view Subscription'
  5. Cancel (or pause) Subscription

How can I switch to a different Subscription Plan?

Simply cancel the current subscription and start a new one.

If you just want to change the Pack, keeping everything else the same, simply send us an email at info@easymeeple.com and we will proceed with the change.

When will I receive the games box?

After each subscription renewal, your games box will arrive in 3–4 business days.

When should I return the previous games box?

After each subscription renewal, you should return the previous games box within 4 business days at latest.

Friendly tip: If you choose a service point for delivery, you can conveniently drop off your old box while picking up your new one, all in a single trip!

What are the differences among the Packs available?

You can find more information in each Subscription Plan page.

Can you exclude the list of games I already own?

Yes you can, and we will do our best to make sure you do not receive a game that you already own.

Simply share the list with us directly in the notes in the Subscription Portal, or by email at info@easymeeple.com .

Can I share some preferences and/or more information with you?

Absolutely, feel free to tell us more about relevant information that we should take into account, for example:

  • your favorite games
  • any other language that you can speak and/or understand
  • If you are fine with games of any language with no language dependency
  • if you want all (or some at least) games to be playable by a certain number of people.
  • anything else you think might be relevant

You can share these information with us directly in the notes in the Subscription Portal, or by email at info@easymeeple.com .

"I live with 2 children of 5 and 8 yo, and I would like to have at least one family friendly games in the box, better if in Dutch.
My kids love to play Ticket to Ride, while I and my husband favorites are Wingspan and Patchwork.
We already own these games as well.
We can play in both Dutch & English, but we could be fine with games in other languages with no language dependency. We also speak a little bit of Portuguese, just fyi.
We would love if all the games in the box can be played by two players (the family game mentioned above could be an exception)."
